think I tried just about everything, every windows version from xp to 10, could not get the alpha to load( think i posted somewhere), the screen was secondary really (just for settings etc) as i had a working stop rail/pistons etc. would need to start again to rebuild , still have pistons stop rail pedals swell and part of the console . would need a new stack and to build a new console frame etc, expensive if it ends up the same again.

Due to an uptick in Style 260SP registration, I have the funding needed to continue supporting this website at least until the renewal fees are due toward the end of 2021. So please continue to post things that are relevant to the Miditzer and let's see if we can fan some flames from the flickering embers.

Well I see the forum's still going strong today, but I did want to add my 2c, which is that I play the Miditzer 260 nearly every morning and while I know all is dust in the end, I would hate to see the site disappear.

You should get one of those internet thingeys where people can donate to you? I'd probably cough-up something just out of gratitude....

The reports of the Miditzer's death were premature. Greg York and I have been at work for about a year on a major overhaul of the Miditzer code. There aren't many visible changes but there has been a lot done under the hood. The most visible changes are that the window is resizable and we now use the current version of FluidSynth. You can find alpha versions of the 216 in the Development Lab area.

Graham Wykes has been hard at work too. He has produced new widescreen graphics for the 260SP that are stunning. He is currently working on new widescreen graphics for the 160C. We are still some months away from being ready to produce versions of the Miditzer using these new graphics and the wait is killing me!

There is enough income from the 260SP to keep the website up for now. What we really need is more traffic and more testers for the new version of the Miditzer. Please tell your friends to drop by and help us bring the updated Miditzer to official release by exercising the test versions posted in the Development Labs area.
